My name is Kiara Perkins, and I am a life coach who specializes in helping people find and live their purpose without the fear, doubt, overwhelm, or spending years in therapy! 

A lot of why I do what I do is because I believe everyone on this planet has unique gifts that must be shared to their fullest. Once this happens, meaning and fulfillment will be the norm and suffering will be a thing of the past. 

The problem is, people are too often caught in self-doubt, worthlessness, fear, people-pleasing, a lack of support from family and friends, and impostor syndrome. 

I have a background in psychology and counseling, but the traditional model of “wellbeing” never quite sat right with me. I later learned why that old model serves to keep so many stuck in disempowerment, despair, and defeated.

It is because you are more than just a physical body. 

I decided to do something about this, so I created Positive Scripts Life Coaching in 2020. My coaching style is a blend of positive psychology, spirituality, and practicality. 

My mission is to empower you to pursue your life vision and purpose with clarity, confidence, and conviction, while having fun along the way.
